Minimum requirements for positions:
 
Teacher:

• Teacher qualified according to CCD regulations
• Current enrollment in Oregon’s Criminal History Registry
• Current CPR/First Aid card (within 90 days of hire)
• Current Food Handlers Card (within 30 days of hire)
• Recognizing and Reporting Child Abuse certification (within 90 days of hire)
• At least 1 year experience in a licensed childcare facility
• Early Childhood Education background preferred
• Ability to obtain a minimum of 15 clock hours of continuing education each year
  

Assistant:

• Childcare experience preferred
• Current enrollment in Oregon’s Criminal History Registry

All Staff Members:

• Within the first 3 months of work:
  • CPR/First Aid certification
  • Food Handlers Card
  • Recognizing and Reporting Child Abuse certification
